Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have conceptual approach to creative designs
∎ Must have capability to work on the design of multiple projects (8-12 projects at a time)
∎ Well experienced in Auto CAD, Photo shop, Corel draw and 2D,3D studio Max/Sketch up/Lumion
∎ Monitoring and communicating with the superiors for professional feedback
∎ Well experienced in site supervision & finishing work
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-8 years' experience in relevant field
∎ Clear Knowledge about FAR, DAP, BNBC and other related rules and regulations & calculations of RAJUK
∎ RAJUK & IAB membership is preferable
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
∎ In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues
∎ Design related software skill
∎ Candidates with previous experience in reputed organizations will be given preference
