Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing multiple projects to ensure the highest quality construction
∎ Establish 100% safety practices on site as per company standard
∎ Maintain project budget and schedule and adjust as needed
∎ Consult with management to establish various strategies and policies
∎ Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operation
Additional Requirements:
∎ 12-18 years' experience required in relevant field
∎ Working experience in Site civil work /Fair face/As cast concrete/BOQ/Quality control/Project safety
∎ Familiar with BNBC and other related rules and regulations
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
∎ In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues
∎ Candidates with previous experience in real estate will be given preference
