∎ JOB PURPOSE: This role will assist the HO operations team in implementation of new products, change initiatives, and synchronize staff development efforts. It will continuously explore the scope of new product development to meet the gap in between market demand and financial services offered, identify areas of process improvement, and track the progression of ongoing initiatives.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Closely work with client segment, identify their needs, and scope of portfolio
∎ increase in new segments.
∎ Coordinate the implementation of programme related changes at field level.
∎ Guide support functions in implementing their deliverables.
∎ Track the required operational amendments and maintain a sequence for
∎ implementation so that the operations is not overloaded with multiple changes at a
∎ time.
∎ Develop partnership with relevant stakeholders, external entities for programme
∎ expansion and new product development.
∎ Establish and maintain strategic communications with senior management, internal
∎ and external stakeholders
∎ Coordinate and organize projects as well as implement strategies necessary for
∎ attaining project goals.
∎ Review the existing product features and client segment in urban areas, identify
∎ key challenges for portfolio growth, and propose necessary changes in the
∎ manual/policies to better serve the urban client segment.
∎ Assist operations to decide appropriate strategies for overdue recovery, form a
∎ dedicated team and guide in the development of various skills for managing difficult
∎ situations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication both in English and Bengali, project and partner
∎ management, team management, multi-tasking, meeting deadline.
∎ Project implementation strategies, products offered by banks and
∎ financial institutions, technological advancement in financial sector.
∎ Highly competent in MS word, excel and power point, strong adaptability, team player.
∎ Minimum 8 years' experience in the financial sector, with proven track record of managing asset-based portfolio in a reputed MFI/FI/ NBFI.
