Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of annual business plan, considering achievement of desired MS.
∎ Focus on achievement of monthly billing targets by improving retail performance.
∎ Ensure proper coverage by appointing new dealers in high volume agriculture belts
∎ Ensure proper model mix inventory at all dealerships
∎ Planning of BTL activities i.e. demonstration, road shows, customer meets, service camps for
∎ generation of fresh enquiries
∎ Regularly monitoring of open and confirmed enquiries and ensuring regular follow-up for conversion.
∎ Managing distributors to achieve the business parameters like volumes, market share, collection, deliveries etc.
∎ Monitoring the distribution network by appointing dealers for appropriate market coverage
∎ Mapping competitor activities, capturing feedback on performance of competitor (and our) products.
∎ Managed distributors to achieve the business parameters like volumes, market share, collection, Deliveries etc.
∎ Ensured distribution network by appointing dealers for appropriate market coverage
∎ Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele to achieve the business targets
∎ Strategizing the long-term business directions of the region to ensure maximum profitability
∎ Managing customer centric operations & ensuring delightful customer experience

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Willing & capable of regular visits to industries & potential customers all over the country.
