• Fully Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA, or equivalent) with UK financial reporting and tax experience 

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant

• Exemption from full qualification may be considered for candidates with extensive relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, UK VAT, and Tax compliance,
• Experienced in cloud accounting software, i.e, QuickBooks Online, Xero
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions
• Results-driven mindset with a commitment to accuracy and professionalism

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 or more staff, ensuring productivity, collaboration, and quality output
• Oversee the review stage of client deliverables, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax standards
• Take ownership of the final preparation and submission of financial reports, tax filings, and client deliverables within strict deadlines
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance and meet organizational goals
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to company growth initiatives
• Ensure the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and professionalism in all deliverables
