Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strengthen government health system for integrated Tuberculosis (TB) control and prevention services and foster government ownership and stewardship to implement nationwide TB services comprehensively.
∎ Ensure private sector engagement by proper planning and implementation of the services.
∎ Contribute in developing National PPM strategy, guideline, SoP, training manuals and relevant documents for the implementation.
∎ Develop project proposal/concept note/technical brief along with other documents as per requirement.
∎ Ensure efficient utilization of resources and seamless implementation of the TB Diagnostics Center as well as the mobile diagnostic van.
∎ Monitor and supervise the implementation of Public Private Mix (PPM) related activities through with extensive field visit.
∎ Provide technical support and ensuring capacity building of the programme staff focusing on PPM activities and Community Rights and Gender (CRG).
∎ Ensure timely submission of documents relating to regulatory certification (RCO, TLD badge, Environmental certification etc.)
∎ Ensure proper recording and reporitng at PPM sites as well as private sector data at field level.
∎ Coordination and communication with the relevant stakeholders including government, donors, private sector etc.
∎ Participate and represents organization in different forum, meetings and conference both at national and international level
∎ JOB PURPOSE
∎ Collaborate closely with the National TB Programme (NTP) to ensure the delivery of high-quality TB services via the public-private mix (PPM) approach. Supervise and monitor PPM activities to achieve both program objectives and national targets, in conjunction with the NTP. Additionally, support the transition towards government stewardship and long-term sustainability.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
