∎ JOB PURPOSE: To lead UPG Programme`s MIS and Technology infrastructure by providing strategic decisions, designing advanced data analysis methods and utilizing state-of-the-art technology methods to strengthen programme`s efficiency by promoting digital transformation
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the Programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Data Analysis and management:
∎ Designing data analysis techniques for developing strategic decision making system
∎ Efficient MIS data management and ensuring programme data security for the field and head office
∎ Organize and ensure data analysis to prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports for both the internal management and external requester/stakeholders
∎ Monitor MIS performance regularly for ensuring quality data and analysis for the programme
∎ Identify demand for MIS data and constantly review formats/ tools to capture the quantitative/ qualitative data based on AOP/ M&E framework
∎ MIS administration:
∎ Coordinate the activities of the MIS team, prepare work plan, identify scope of MIS facilities, design and implement the MIS works according to the requirements of programme
∎ Develop and implement standardized MIS procedures across all business applications
∎ Facilities organizing training/ refreshers on MIS tools for the field level managers to improve their capacity on data management/analysis and accuracy etc.
∎ Develop process improvements for increased efficiency
∎ Plan technology operation for achieving digitalization
∎ Analyze programme needs, identify opportunities, and boost efficiency and accuracy to improve programme quality
∎ Ensure accurate business requirement is provided for the software development projects with respect to the programme needs and modality
∎ Administering new opportunities to improve and update existing software solutions and architectures
∎ Implementation of Software Projects:
∎ Lead the designing, developing and implementing of systems, policies and procedures of software related projects
∎ Organize and evaluate technology implementation for the programme
∎ Utilizing latest software solutions/tools for programme operations
∎ Manage time to time change requests and evaluate UAT for implementation in the field level for software related projects
∎ Conduct software pilot projects and ensure successful deployment
∎ Technology budgeting, contract reviewing and stakeholder coordination:
∎ Annual budgeting for the MIS, Technology and Digitalization unit of the programme
∎ Steering vendor communication and other internal and external stakeholder management for the technology related developments
∎ Supervising the facilitation of the software related documents like Reviewing the software contract, evaluating project planning, AMC, SLA etc.
∎ Managing IT support:
∎ Managing ERP support system for issue and complaint management using CRM
∎ Evaluating and implementing ERP software enhancements and change requests
∎ Managing procurement of the server, hardware and other required technology related purchase
∎ Analytical and presentation skills with critical thinking
∎ Capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
∎ Excellent ata analysis and management skills
∎ Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
∎ Ability to maintain communication among programmes people and to write analytical reports
∎ Ability to prepare programme/project's budget and analysis.
∎ Competent to work in pressure and in high stress environment
∎ Team management and leadership capability
∎ Minimum 6 years relevant experience is required
