∎ Skills Required: Ability to problem solve, Intentional Communication, Masterful Organization, Team Lead

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Product Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Researches and monitors existing client base and industry developments and identifies potential new product opportunities.
∎ Manage and coordinate product development team.
∎ Evaluates and resolves technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues.
∎ Ensuring labeling and marketing/promotional literature match product specifications.
∎ Working with other departments to establish a design, technology, product development
∎ Prepare budgets and financial analysis reports for new product development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Must have Product Development expericen in Bakery items, i.e. Cake, Biscuit, Bread and minimum 3 years experience in similar position.
∎ Ability to problem solve: evaluate information carefully and solve complex problems.
∎ Intentional Communication: being able to communicate well both online and offline and across different departments is essential
∎ Masterful Organization: Managing Product development minutiae (e.g. timeline, budget, teams etc.) requires strong organizational skills.
