∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
∎ Years of experience practicing labor and employment law, preferably in a corporate or law firm environment.
∎ Deep knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
∎ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Interpret and advise on labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements at the local, state, and federal levels.
∎ Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
∎ Provide guidance and support to HR teams and management on labor law matters, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
∎ Conduct legal research and analysis on labor law issues and provide recommendations to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
∎ Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
∎ Represent the company in legal proceedings related to labor and employment matters, including litigation, arbitration, and administrative hearings.
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Legal, and Compliance teams, to develop training programs and resources on labor law compliance.
∎ Stay current on changes to labor laws and regulations and proactively advise the organization on potential impact and compliance requirements.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with external legal counsel, government agencies, and industry associations to stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in labor law.
∎ Must have strong rapport with BGMEA, BKMEA, BEPZA, Labour Union, Federation, Ministry of Labor and Employment Bangladesh, Labor court, Directorate of Factories and other related government regulatory bodies.
∎ Any other task assign by management .
