  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Candidates having working experiences in any Modern Private Hospital will be preferable.

  • Minimum 10 years experience in Information Technology, Including at least 5 years in a Managerial role.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead the IT department in alignment with Delta Hospital`s strategic goals and healthcare priorities.

  • Develop and implement the hospital`s IT roadmap, budget, and resource planning.

  • Supervise IT teams, including system administrators, network engineers, and technical support staff.

  • Oversee installation, maintenance, and optimization of hospital-wide IT infrastructure (servers, networks, data centers, hardware, and software).

  • Ensure uninterrupted performance of hospital systems including HIS (Hospital Information System), LIS (Laboratory Information System), PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), and EMR/EHR platforms and Pathology Management.

  • Ensure high system availability, disaster recovery planning, and data backup protocols.

  • Implement strong cyber security measures to protect patient data and hospital records.

  • Ensure compliance with national and international data privacy regulations (such as HIPAA-equivalent standards if applicable).

  • Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and consultants.

  • Oversee procurement and implementation of new technologies and hospital systems.

  • Lead IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and quality standards.

  • Provide high-quality IT support services to clinical and administrative staff.

  • Organize user training sessions to ensure effective use of digital systems.

  • Monitor and improve IT helpdesk performance and user satisfaction.

  • Promote digital health initiatives and smart hospital systems.

  • Support data analytics and reporting tools for hospital performance monitoring.

  • Develop IT-related policies, procedures, and SOPs.

  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, changes, and updates.

  • Any others task assigned by the management from time to time.

  • Need deep knowledge in HMC (Hospital management System) Mysoft or any ERP in large origination.
