∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Help to prepare audit plan as per policy and objective of the Management.
∎ To plan and perform pre-audit and post-audit of all different kinds of bill voucher to ensure compliance with existing policies & management approval of respective concern to minimize risk at different level of financial transactions.
∎ Visit factory/Depot and giving assurance to management regarding internal control system
∎ To review and check Internal Control System and take necessary action for improvement.
∎ To Supervise and distribution of work as per audit plan to subordinator/team member.
∎ To assist in developing / modifying the audit policy/Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the company from time to time.
∎ To check/assist in helping team member for checking cost sheet, production report, and stock report.
∎ To prepare audit findings report with necessary analysis, comparison and present to management.
∎ To prepare a budget and analyze reasons for variances.
∎ To be responsible for handling & monitoring company Accounts & Audit.
∎ To review Company Tax and VAT-related papers.
∎ Reporting to Head of department on audit findings.
∎ Perform any kind of jobs as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Part qualified ICAB, ICMAB & ACCA
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP)
∎ Positive mindset for frequent Travel
