Special Requirement: Must have proven experience in developing products for international markets, including the US and EU regions.

Leadership & Communication: Self-driven, result-oriented and decent communication skills.

To cope up with the business growth and to accommodate business requirements, we are looking for competent, enthusiastic, energetic, innovative, qualified and responsible professionals for our Dhamrai Plant.
Position: Senior Manager-Formulation Research and Development
Job Location: Dhamrai Plant, Dhaka.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute efficient strategies for formulation development of generic and differentiated products using a QbD-driven approach, ensuring the standards of highly regulated markets like the US, EU, UK etc.
Lead formulation development and manage tech transfer activities for ROW markets, ensuring smooth scale-up and successful commercial rollout.
Build and manage the product development pipeline based on market needs, regulatory pathways, and company priorities.
Lead innovation initiatives related to new dosage forms, improved formulations, and cost-effective alternatives.
Oversee pre-formulation, formulation trials, compatibility studies, and optimization process by using standard method.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive tech-transfer packages, including formula, process flow, CPP/CQAs, and control strategies.
Lead technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing plants and monitor validation batches, resolve process deviations, and ensure successful transfer.
Evaluate suitable CMOs for formulation development, manufacturing, or packaging based on technical capability, regulatory compliance, and capacity.
Lead technical communication between the company and CMO teams for development, scale-up, and manufacturing activities.
Act as the primary technical liaison with international partners during audits, inspections, and technical meetings.
