Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Skills Required: Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive revenue generating and expense efficiency initiatives by understanding business economics and effectively leading and influencing the business.
∎ Perform several financial analytics (eg revenue, gross margin & sales & marketing expenses) to control/monitor the unit’s performance
∎ Pro-actively dive into financial performance and increase understanding of the business to assess risks and opportunities and Estimates at Completion (EACs)
∎ Manage the Long Range Business Plan (LRBP) and financial forecast development
∎ Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets & implementation of Earned Value Management
∎ Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk and predicting future financial trends
∎ Ensure Restless Development complies with required insurances and certifications for effective operations management
∎ Develop mechanisms to ensure regular communication and planning of priorities takes place across your remotely based team
∎ Oversee overall organizational performance and people development including the managing of the performance dashboard and Bottom Line Accountabilities.
∎ Contribute to strategic planning and organizational management as a member of the management committee as a team player
∎ Any other task as deemed by the management
