Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance or Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance or Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: People with CA/ ACCA/ACMA/ FCMA/CGMA/CPA/ACPM will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, CA CC, Corporate Finance, Cost & Management Accounting, Finance/ Accounts, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead, co-ordinate and manage the overall financial management, business analysis, reporting control and secure financial future of the company's mission and values
∎ Establish excellent process of revenue, expenditure, departmental budgets, and plan, develop, direct, control and analyze all financial statements, financial reports, special analysis and information reports so as to review operational issues impacting the company and pinpoint the weak areas
∎ Responsible to maintain and prepare all aspects of accounts as per the requirements of the organization and in compliance with the regulatory bodies
∎ Drive the company's financial planning and monitoring daily accounting system
∎ To establish financial control systems and monitor risk management policies and procedures to minimize enterprise risk & Advise top management in capital structure decisions and its effective implementation. Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments
∎ Co-ordinate with internal and external agencies to ensure desired funds flow to the organization consistent with its business strategy
∎ Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure
∎ Oversee and deal with Banks and Financial Institutions, internal and external auditor for auditing, and other regulatory works
∎ Ensure monthly financial statements preparation, forecasting, and reporting to Management
∎ To Initiate and supervise preparation of Annual Business Plan for the company, including financial forecasts, Business Modeling, and Business analysis
∎ Understand and analyze current and future business and competitors
∎ Controlling disbursement & Fund Managements
∎ Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations
∎ Advice MD & CEO on financial strategies and financial planning matters with the ultimate goal of optimizing the effectiveness of financial resources of the organization
∎ Manage vendor relationships
∎ To develop and set financial strategies including VAT & Taxation issues
∎ Implement all types of internal, external payment system
∎ Ensure compliance with the law and the company's policies
∎ To evaluate the Finance & Accounts department structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the company as well as provide individuals with professional and personal growth
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Experience in the same role for 2/3 years
∎ Must have related experience in ERP Software
∎ Strong inter-personal communication skills
∎ Sophisticated on MS Office, MS Power Point and email communication
∎ Strong analytical and record keeping ability for reports
∎ Candidates must possess & exhibit strong leadership abilities
∎ Office Timing: 10:00am to 7:00pm (Saturday to Thursday).
∎ Office Location: Baridhara-Coca Cola Road.
