Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com/MBA (Accounting/Finance).
∎ Must be ACA or ACMA having 5 years related experience.
∎ For partly CA or CMA qualified having 10 years' experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Financial Statements as per BFRS/IFRS at the end of the financial year.
∎ Review all financial records, systems and control process of the company as per accounting standards.
∎ Oversee the accounting function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
∎ Follow up the day to day financial management and control; Monitoring cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions;
∎ Follow up Bank related transactions and Bank reconciliation.
∎ Ensure all sales revenues & collections properly and deposit them in the respective bank account.
∎ Ensure the reconciliation of sales & collection on regular basis.
∎ Analysis the profitability from different perspectives (Style wise, Order wise);
∎ Analyze monthly MIS and appropriate communication to Management.
∎ Able to prepare annual business plan, budget, sales forecast & cash flow estimate and review the same with monthly actual achievement.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly forecast report;
∎ Responsible for the company's cost management, cost forecasting, cost control, accounting, analysis and assessment. Reduce consumption and save costs to improve the company's profitability. Create, organize and implement financial budget.
∎ Cost Benefit Analysis of each activity in business Processes, identifying key and critical processes to operate at optimum Cost.
∎ Designing Business Plans/strategies for maximizing revenue, profitability & liquidity.
∎ Responsible to build up a strong relationship with bank and financial institutions for smooth financial activities.
∎ Good knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements of the banking specially Bangladesh Bank and others leading banks of Bangladesh.
∎ Able to do the financial feasibility, assess risk and do the ROI analysis.
∎ Different Project proposal preparation, submission to the Bank & follow up till approval.
∎ Follow up RJSC, VAT and Tax related matters.
∎ Interact with Internal & External Auditors time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Need to be good at ERP software application and MS excel
∎ Must be good at speaking and writing in English
∎ Need to be proactive, progressive and good negotiation skill
