• Conduct audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

• Review vendor bills, invoices, and supporting documents to ensure proper authorization, classification, and accuracy.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly audit schedules, including surprise audits and special investigations.

• Report audit findings with root cause analysis and recommend process improvements or risk mitigation measures.

• Maintain detailed documentation of audit processes, observations, and corrective action plans.

• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and relevant departments to verify data and resolve discrepancies.

• Ensure all audit work complies with organizational policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.
