Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, design, and execute audit programs for production processes across all manufacturing sections.
Evaluate compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality systems.
Identify cost-saving opportunities by analyzing material consumption, machine downtime, process gaps, and workforce productivity.
Monitor and reduce wastage of raw materials, packaging materials, utilities, and other operational resources through process optimization.
Conduct root cause analysis of production losses and implement effective corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Collaborate with production, quality assurance, maintenance dept. to implement cost-efficient and waste-reducing practices
Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards.
Prepare detailed audit reports with cost-benefit insights and present findings to senior management.
Participate in internal and external compliance and certification audits (e.g., ISO, HACCP, FSSC, etc.).
