∎ BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Communication Division:
∎ Resource Mobilization: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to gather resources that support the bank's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. It includes identifying potential partners, funding opportunities, and collaborating with other stakeholders, as per the strategic CSR framework and CSR policy.
∎ Grant Management: Manage the CSR programs, which include planning, budgeting, disbursing funds to partners, related supply management, reporting, and other management tasks.
∎ Collaboration: Collaborate with project partners to align resource mobilization efforts with CSR objectives. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support the partnerships implementing their programmatic activities.
∎ Proposal Development: Demonstrate strong skills and aptitude in developing and writing successful CSR proposals. Craft compelling proposals that align with the bank's CSR strategy.
∎ Monitoring: Develop strategies and interventions relevant to CSR in relationship management with counterparts, deliver agreed-upon partnership plans, and ensure activities are high-quality, focused, and result-generating.
