Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working experience in garments accessories factory. Having experience of UP preparation, audit and bond register EX/ lN Bond and others.
∎ Monitoring and managing commercial reports associated with import & Export activities, and promptly notifying management as necessary.
∎ Ensuring compliance with applicable customs bonded laws, regulations, and trade policies through the maintenance of a robust Bonded Warehouse system.
∎ Responsible to manage all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, L/C open, amendment/correction, shipment, negotiation, payment realization, release, etc.)
∎ Knowledge of commercial papers /documentation for import and export.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with concerned banks, Bond Customs & VAT department, etc.
∎ Communicate with banks for timely Proceeds Realization Certificate (PRC) collection.
∎ Follow up on Annual Import Entitlement with customs bond.
∎ Work independently and have sufficient knowledge regarding Export-Import, Customs procedures, VAT & Tax rules related to Export and Import
∎ To maintain strong liaison with Customs office and other government bodies related customs and bond
∎ Stay updated with customs regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements ensuring compliance with import and export requirements.
∎ Maintain accurate records and documentation of transactions, shipments, and customs declarations.
∎ Ensure yearly Customs Audit claims and update bond license independently.
∎ Responsible for all Customs clearance of imported materials operation with LC process independently.
∎ To Perform on HS code, Customs Act, Import Policy, Export Policy, Bond formalities and other related laws applicable for Import & Export
