∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Prior experience in the sales of construction machines in a foreign company;
∎ Must have experience to work with Japanese Management;
∎ Know the expectation of Japanese Management and also know the culture of Japanese Companies;
∎ Japanese language skill: N2 level. If you have more than 3 years of work experience in a Japanese company and you pass the conversation test, we will not require this N2 certificate.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration for selling the construction machines;
∎ Marketing, selling, maintaining, repairing including assembling of construction machines;
∎ Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the marketing and technical work (repairing and maintaining);
∎ Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions on the sales and services.
