Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations.
∎ Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals.
∎ Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
∎ Set policies and processes.
∎ Ensure production excellence to achieve the target.
∎ Implement and monitor efficient processes to improve productivity.
∎ Manage the entire Cut to Ship process ensuring timely and efficient production.
∎ Coordinate between Warehouse, Cutting, Sewing, Washing, Finishing, and Finish Goods departments to ensure smooth workflow.
∎ Maintain high-quality standards across all production floors.
∎ Lead, mentor and motivate the operations team to achieve peak performance.
∎ Ensure compliance with all local regulations and standards.
