Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Social Sciences/ Communication/ English from reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years of working experience in communication of which 5 years in campaign either in corporate or an NGO environment, with experience in successfully leading the development and implementation of campaign strategies
∎ Experience of developing campaign plans, with the knowledge and understanding of a range of campaign tactics, and a track record of implementing successful campaigns.
∎ Demonstrated experience in driving evidence-based advocacy initiatives that includes building/managing relationships with policymakers, developing advocacy products and following up
∎ Excellent understanding of advocacy and campaigning environment in Bangladesh
∎ Knowledge on policy environment, processes and structures
∎ Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
∎ Highly developed analytical writing skills and ability to analyse complex data
∎ Good project management skills, with the ability to plan work and meet deadlines
∎ Excellence written and spoken communication skills both in English and Bangla, including demonstrated ability to respond to media professionally
