Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in IT systems integration, software implementation, or API-based data management.
• Strong technical knowledge of database management systems (SQL, MySQL, etc.) and APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON).
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise-level software platforms or digital traceability
• Proven ability to work with diverse clients, including those with limited IT capacity.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills

• Experience in the textile/RMG sector or supply chain digitalization projects.
• Understanding of sustainability data, digital product passports, or LCA-related systems.
• Ability to manage multiple client integration projects simultaneously.

Job Summary: The Senior IT Specialist will lead the technical integration, configuration, and onboarding of clients into the Digital Product Passport (DPP) platform. This position requires a strong grasp of API systems, data architecture, and client-side IT environments to ensure seamless DPP adoption across companies with varied technological capabilities.

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical integration of client IT systems with the DPP platform.
• Analyze client database and IT infrastructure to isolate and map required DPP attributes (e.g., UUID, traceability, sustainability data).
• Provide comprehensive walkthroughs and training to clients on DPP platform usage and system alignment.
• Work closely with client IT teams to configure APIs, ensure data security, and establish data exchange protocols.
• Develop documentation and SOPs for DPP integration processes and client onboarding.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to system connectivity and data transfer.
• Mentor Junior IT Specialists and oversee their technical outputs and client support activities.
• Communicate effectively in professional English with clients and internal teams, translating complex IT concepts into understandable terms.
• Contribute to improving the DPP platform integration tools and processes based on client feedback and technical learnings.
