Job Summary: The Junior IT Specialist will support the integration and onboarding of clients onto the Digital Product Passport (DPP) platform. The role involves assisting with technical communication, understanding client IT systems, mapping DPP attribute requirements, and coordinating with client IT teams to ensure smooth data flow and platform compatibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and onboarding of clients (e.g., RMG factories) onto the DPP platform.
• Assist in explaining DPP platform features, functionalities, and workflows to clients.
• Help identify and map DPP attributes (e.g., UUID, traceability, sustainability data) with client systems.
• Provide basic walkthroughs and demonstrations of the DPP platform.
• Support in understanding and documenting client-side database and API configurations.
• Maintain clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a professional manner (in English and Bangla).
• Troubleshoot basic integration issues and escalate complex technical challenges to the Senior IT Specialist.
• Maintain records of client onboarding progress, issues, and resolutions.
