Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive / HR & Office Culture Specialist who will help shape and enhance our workplace culture, lead recruitment and onboarding, support employee engagement and retention, and assist with general HR and administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Build, improve, and maintain a positive office culture
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
Develop initiatives to increase employee engagement and retention
Act as a bridge between management and employees
Handle HR operations, documentation, and policy implementation
Assist with administrative responsibilities when needed
Support performance management and employee development activities
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles
Prior experience in an IT / software company is highly preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Positive attitude with strong people-management skills
