Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from Fine Arts/Graphic Design from any reputed Institute/ University in Bangladesh or Abroad.
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ Be relaxed If you are a highly skilled creative person.
∎ Skills Required: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Have good knowlede on using Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, Video Editor & Graphics designer
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making creative Digital visual effects, Motion graphics, Graphic design, and Video editing for social media like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and any other relevant sources.
∎ Creating motion videos for multiple platforms such as Facebook (Motion graphics, 2D videos, reels, stories), Instagram (Motion graphics, reels), and YouTube (Shorts, 2D videos, motion videos, Intro videos).
∎ Creating modern and futuristic motion video presentations for multiple services/products in Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro.
∎ A mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
∎ Develop concept from an idea and create comprehensive communication materials for both print & digital media/website.
∎ Create motion graphics, info-graphics and 2D animated contents.
∎ Create small video clips/video editing and animations in a short time.
∎ Brainstorm and present creative design ideas, photo shoot and videography.
∎ Analyze current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices & make content plan.
∎ Prepare proposal to expand online media activities on social media and relevant platforms.
∎ Present designs and ideas to internal teams and key stakeholders and amend designs after feedback.
∎ Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, illustration, and video)
∎ Identifying and troubleshooting design problems (e.g. Color combination, appropriate content position, visual hierarchy).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1 to 3 years of work experience as a Graphic Designer/Visualizer or Video Editor.
∎ Strong portfolio on graphic design and video editing projects.
∎ Strong skill on design software and technologies Professional experienced in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
∎ A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
∎ Ability to have a good understanding of color theory, typography, design principles, and branding.
∎ Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
∎ If you have experience as a designer in music streaming, OTT platform and digital agency is a plus for you.
∎ Ability to offer a variety of design solutions.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 45000 (Monthly)
