Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Kotlin, Swift, React Native, Flutter, or KMP for app development.

• Strong backend expertise in Laravel and/or NodeJS.

• Frontend proficiency with React or Vue.

• Minimum 3 to 7 years of professional development experience.

• Demonstrated experience building scalable, production-grade applications.

• Excellent understanding of APIs, OOP principles, algorithms, and data structures.

• Solid command of Git and version control workflows.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving mindset.

• A credible portfolio of past apps/projects (preferred).

• Confident communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Experience

• Django or exposure to Python frameworks.

• Cloud & DevOps familiarity (AWS, GCP, CI/CD).

• Experience with TailwindCSS, Bootstrap, or other modern UI frameworks.

• Prior work in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobile Application Development
• Design, develop, and deploy high-performing mobile applications and websites.
• Build and maintain feature-rich backends using Laravel and/or NodeJS.
• Develop dynamic, responsive frontends using React, Vue, or Flutter, KMP.
• Lead end-to-end app lifecycle—from concept and architecture to deployment and optimization.

Technical Execution

• Build and manage RESTful APIs and ensure smooth backend integration.
• Work with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with minimal downtime.
• Continuously optimize application performance and user experience.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Partner closely with designers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver aligned outcomes.
• Use Git to manage code, streamline workflow, and keep the team in sync.
• Maintain quality standards, ensure timely delivery, and uphold best practices in code and architecture.
