Job Context:
∎ EkkBaz is looking for a Finance/Accounts Manager located in Dhaka south to join the team. He/She will be a pillar on the team focus on warehouse management, bookkeeping, stocking, procurements, banking, tax, ensuring that necessary compliances and checks are maintained, and do exploratory research to evaluate new products based on PnL to support organizational growth and profitability.
∎ Reporting to: Director
∎ Location: Dhaka South (Jatrabari)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to day bookkeeping of all transactions necessary reconciliation before finalizing daily accounts.
∎ Manage and track all inventory and assets in Warehouse.
∎ Ensure that the transactions are processed with all necessary supporting documents in compliance with company policies and procedures, in compliance with Income Tax and VAT rules & regulations as per the prevailing policy of the National Board of Revenue (NBR).
∎ Develops item/customer specific Profit and Loss Statements and pricing analysis for each new product/customer.
∎ Performs gross margin analysis by customer/item and presents analysis and pricing recommendations to management for final approval.
∎ Conduct the daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation with Bank Ledger.
∎ Daily tracking of asset and development of processes for optimal usage.
∎ Responsibility for Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Balance Sheet Review.
∎ Preparation of Capex cash flows forecasting.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax).
∎ Must have knowledge in managing warehouse operation for FMCG.
∎ Knowledge on finance and NBR administrative policy.
∎ The applicants should have experience in FMCG distribution.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work in a team environment and work independently.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
