Responsibilities & Context:
সঞ্চয় ও ঋণের কিস্তি আদায়ের পাশাপাশি সংস্থার উন্নয়নে অবদান রাখা।
ভালো সদস্য ভর্তি,সঞ্চয় ও বকেয়া আদায়সহ ঋণ প্রদানের পরিকল্পনা তৈরী।
প্রতিদিনের কাজ লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অনুযায়ী সম্পন্ন করা।
ব্যালেন্সিং করা।
ঋণের খাত নিশ্চিত করা।
সকল ঋনী সরজমিনে যাচাই করা।
ব্যাংক সময়ের মধ্যেই ক্যাশ ক্লোজ নিশ্চিত করা।
সাপ্তাহিক ও মাসিক প্রতিবেদন তৈরী ও নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে রিপোর্ট প্রেরণ।
সুপারভাইজার কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত অতিরিক্ত দায়িত্ব পালনে সচেষ্ট থাকা।

প্রশিক্ষণ কাল ০২ মাস বেতন হবে সর্বসাকুল্যে ২০,০০০/- টাকা। ০২ মাস সফল ভাবে প্রশিক্ষণ কাল শেষে ০৪ মাস শিক্ষানবিশ হিসেবে গণ্য হবে । শিক্ষানবিশ কাল শেষে সংস্থার নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী বেতন ভাতা নির্ধারিত হবে।
