∎ Motivation of Farmers, Budget preparation & cost minimize, Report writing, Preparation Action Plan, Diseases diagnosis, instantly solve any problem and staff development capacity.
∎ Having Knowledge about the modern technology of Potato seed production.
∎ Ability to work under any field condition.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To execute regional production plan with preference area scope & suitability
∎ To analyses concerned area budget after optimize cost and submit to the supervisor/authority
∎ To develop different level staff technically and managemental through meeting and workshop especially after harvesting according to the plan
∎ To finalize land selection from the primary selected block through inspection of concern area.
∎ To follow up the deed with farmers and farmers training appropriately.
∎ To ensure the plantation timely as per plan in the concern area.
∎ To identify the problem and take necessary action to solve the problem in the concern area.
∎ To inform the supervisor schedule rouging and spraying appropriately through monitoring.
∎ To ensure highest shorting, grading through frequently monitoring during harvesting and ensure the seed quality.
∎ To analyze head wise cost and take steps to control different cost of the concern area.
∎ To communicate with the Government and non-Government institute for Increasing technical efficiency and communicate with SCA as per need.
∎ To communicate with the supervisor and submit necessary report timely.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
