• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Farming, Livestock, Animal/Plant Breeding, Hatchery

• Achieve pre-defined sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Monitor and coordinate the activities of sales officer’s and distributors.

• Ensure the purity of our freezers to maintain the cold chain.

• Conduct market visits, focusing on top outlets and overall market.

• Provide day-to-day support to sales representatives in addressing market challenges.

• Identify uncovered areas and swiftly execute covering plans to increase sales, while also proposing strategies for further growth and take initiative for new dealer opening.

• Take the lead in establishing relationships with new dealers.

• Review and verify sales reports of team members and submit them to higher authorities.

• Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.

• Conduct training sessions for representatives to enhance product knowledge and professional skills.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
