Job Responsibilities:
∎ To create market awareness about Blue-Green SMART City developments, Green SMART Building and Sustainable developments.
∎ To organize corporate presentations regularly .
∎ Regular Market visit is a must.
∎ Attend project site visit with the prospective buyers as and when required.
∎ Developing strategy and deliver results (revenue inflow targets set by the management).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of working in sales shall get preference.
∎ Fresher with higher learning aptitude and self motivated can also apply.
∎ Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets,
∎ Capable to maintain standard record to ensure on time customer service,
∎ Ensure customer service in the optimum level of satisfaction,
∎ Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with positive thinking & approach,
∎ Ready to work under stress & pressure,
∎ Should have sound computer proficiency, excellent interpersonal skill and good command over written & spoken English

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)

∎ Sales Incentives 5% net on Sales Value
∎ Mobile bill, Provident fund, Gratuity
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
