Manufacturing (FMCG), Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accumulate Customer/ Distributor’s Daily Demand and sending it to the Factory for Production.
∎ Ensure customer/ Distributor’s Bank Online as per given Demand.
∎ Communicating with Factory Distribution for timely and smooth Delivery.
∎ Response and make solve to all problematic Query of Customer/ Distributor and Field force.
∎ Handle Production and Distribution floor’s stock (Excess Product, Short Product, Backdated Product).
∎ Provide all Sales Report to Field force as well as talking with them regular basis regarding achievement.
∎ Provide all admin related support to Field Force on required.
∎ Monthly Target prepare and design incentive scheme and taking approval from respective approver.
∎ Arrange Daily/ Monthly/ Quarterly Meeting as requirement basis and prepare meeting data.
∎ Assist to DSM, NSM, CMO, Director by providing all information/ report regarding Sales and field force.
∎ Making analysis Report of Competitors Price, Trade Offer, Sales Strategy and Incentive Scheme.
