EREBA CAPSULES LTD. is a hard Gelatin pharmaceutical capsule shells manufacturer based in Bhaluka, Bangladesh. Through continuous efforts in production engineering, ingredient, and formulation expertise we aim to be a trusted partner in innovative capsules and dosage form solutions for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical companies. We are working towards supplying capsule shells to the market that are compatible with world-class standards which in turn will help to reduce our Import dependency and save foreign remittance.
To support this goal and strengthen the existing team we are looking for ambitious, results-driven, and committed individuals for the following position.
Job Description
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
- Maintain strict adherence to FIFO/FEFO, material traceability, and cleanliness in compliance with cGMP and GDP (Good Distribution Practices).
- Coordinate closely with relevant stakeholders for timely material supply and dispatch.
- Ensure the segregation and proper labeling of materials.
- Monitor warehouse temperature and humidity logs to ensure product integrity.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and ensure periodic physical stock verification.
- Reconcile physical vs. system inventory discrepancies and report accordingly.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
- Enforce SOPs, GMP/GDP, ISO and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) practices within the warehouse.
- Any other task/project assigned by the management.
