To support this goal and strengthen the existing team we are looking for ambitious, results-driven, and committed individuals for the following position.

Job Description

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Maintain strict adherence to FIFO/FEFO, material traceability, and cleanliness in compliance with cGMP and GDP (Good Distribution Practices).
• Coordinate closely with relevant stakeholders for timely material supply and dispatch.
• Ensure the segregation and proper labeling of materials.
• Monitor warehouse temperature and humidity logs to ensure product integrity.
• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and ensure periodic physical stock verification.
• Reconcile physical vs. system inventory discrepancies and report accordingly.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
• Enforce SOPs, GMP/GDP, ISO and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) practices within the warehouse.
• Any other task/project assigned by the management.
