Responsibilities & Context:
Promote and sell residential apartments to prospective clients.
Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and outreach.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Respond promptly to client inquiries, provide detailed information about projects, and assist with site visits.
Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with clients.
Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of information and services to clients.
