Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze regional market trends and customer demands.
∎ Identify Green fields and make efforts to engage those Green fields.
∎ Make continuous efforts to increase the customer list.
∎ Formulate market strategies.
∎ Develop localized marketing and sales strategies.
∎ Work closely with sales teams to achieve sales targets Brand Wise.
∎ Brand wise Yearly Target Meet up with WOD.
∎ Drive product penetration in the assigned zone.
∎ Ensure optimal pricing strategies based on market conditions.
∎ Track sales performance of products in the region.
∎ Gather customer feedback and suggest product improvements.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and suggest restocking strategies.
∎ Work with marketing teams for localized campaigns.
∎ Reporting & Data Analysis.
∎ Recommend data-driven decisions for better product positioning.
