Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the entire visa application process for clients, including documentation, submission, and follow-up.
∎ Stay updated with the latest visa regulations, requirements, and procedures for various destinations.
∎ Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding visa application procedures, necessary documentation, and travel regulations.
∎ Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to facilitate timely and efficient visa processing.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive travel solutions for clients, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itinerary planning.
∎ Handle client inquiries and concerns related to visas and travel regulations.
∎ Prepare and maintain accurate records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections.
∎ Assist in training and mentoring junior team members in the Visa Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Strong knowledge of visa regulations, procedures, and requirements for various countries.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Proficient in using computer applications and software for documentation and communication.
