Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hire new vendors
∎ Relationship management with the existing and newly hired vendors
∎ Establishing standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors
∎ Evaluating current vendor management program and identifying ways to improve them
∎ Quality management
∎ Taking care of the clients complains
∎ Negotiation
∎ Drive primary and secondary sales
∎ Ensure channel growth
∎ Ensure service quality and customer service
∎ Drive market development
∎ Execution of marketing action plan
∎ Relationship management with the key customers
∎ Drive Innovation in the marketplace
∎ Drive quality of contribution distribution improvement & productivity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ The job applicants must speak English fluently
∎ Proven work experience in vendor management
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively -present complex ideas to diverse audiences
∎ In terms of speaking, a North American accent is a preference, but not mandatory.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Responsible and Self-motivated with having ability to work within time constraints.
∎ Strong Negotiation, management and decision making skill
∎ Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
