∎ At least 5 year(s)

Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper compliance with Tax and VAT act/rules and implement VAT & Tax plans for process improvement and identify potential areas of risk as per current legislation.
∎ Prepare complete set of real estate financial statement.
∎ Liaison and coordinate with regulatory authority such as NBR, Tax, VAT and RJSC
∎ Carry out RJSC related tasks such as company formation, share transfer, allotment and filing annual return and so on
∎ Any others task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants with CA-CC/ partly complete of CA will given preference.
∎ Income Tax practitioner.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on VAT online and VAT rebate/refund and exemption process
∎ Should have experience of 5 to 10 years in similar field in real estate industry.
∎ Good knowledge in Computer specially in Tally, ERP, MS Office, Internet etc.
Salary: Negotiable
