Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CACC Holder (CA Part-2 Completed)
∎ Candidates MUST have completed Training/Trade Course: VAT, TAX
∎ Candidates with qualifications as income tax lawyer will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Corporate Tax, Finance/ Accounts, RJC, Tax and VAT

∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Tax, Manufacturing (FMCG), Tax and VAT
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing & submitting all concern Company Income Tax File.
∎ Preparing & submitting Director’s and employees income tax file.
∎ Maintaining all assessment years file of all companies and their related documents and Attend hearing with DCT, Appellate Commissioner & Appellate Tribunal.
∎ Maintaining all assessment years file of Directors and employees and their related documents.
∎ Preparing & submitting monthly TDS report to Tax Office for all concern.
∎ Preparing & submitting half yearly (U/S-75A) report to tax office for all concern.
∎ Preparing & submitting U/S 108 and 108a of ITO 1984 for all concern.
∎ Monitor monthly TDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt. treasury.
∎ Manage tax compliance process and coordinate tax audit with Tax authorities.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records with respect to income tax-related issues, TDS, AIT & other hearing-related documents.
∎ Correspondences to Tax office time to time as per the requirement. Keep close communication with Tax Officials.
∎ Assist the management in keeping up-to-date with any relevant changes in TAX regulations.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ At least 4 years' experience working as senior member (preferably head) of Tax Department for FMCG Manufacturing and Distribution company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, Corporate Tax, Income Tax and VAT
Salary: Negotiable
