∎ Probation Period: 3 months.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain good relationship with existing customers.
∎ Identify potential clients, new markets and business opportunities.
∎ Plan and develop sales strategies to achieve monthly target.
∎ Focus on new customer and market development.
∎ Develop a proper channel in Govt. / Semi / Non-govt. / Private Organization to understand market trends.
∎ Prepare and maintain client lists and their product requirements through regular follow-up.
∎ Conduct regular market inspections by tour plan.
∎ Daily & monthly reports submit to the Head of Sales & Marketing.
∎ To achieve monthly minimum sales target with maximum effort.
∎ Conduct various branding related activities in the market.
∎ Perform other duties as directed by the Head of Sales and Marketing from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate must have at least 3 years working experience in Executive (Sales & Marketing) position in Steel Sector / Cement Sector. Candidate should be qualified to create new party / new market. Preference will be given to candidates from respective districts.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly Gross Salary
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ TA / DA: TK. 5000/=
∎ Mobile Facility: You will get a Corporate Mobile SIM, Bill Limit Tk.600 (Per Month).
∎ Main Target: 300 Metric Tons per month (Initial target at least 100 MT in first month, 200 MT in second month and 300 MT from third month).
∎ Target Bonus: If you are able to achieve 80% (240 MT) of the main target, you will be given a target bonus of Tk.5000.
∎ Sales Commission: If you can achieve 81% to 100% of sales target or more, you will get sales commission Tk. 100 per MT. (Commission e.g. from 241 MT to above).
∎ Eid Bonus: Two Eid bonuses (Equivalent to the basic salary) will be paid after confirmation of service.
