Should have 5-7 years practical relevant experience in any reputed Real Estate/Developers company.

Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
- To prepare and execute the sales & marketing plans and to take all out efforts for achieving the monthly/yearly targets.
- To plan and implement the yearly sales process that supports the customer satisfaction about sales standard.
- To Maintain good liaison with the sales media/agent, existing or upcoming clients and to inform the latest changeable Plot/ Flat price, Special Offer, Installment etc.
- To supervise & help the departmental executives about daily performance as per instruction/guideline.
- To monitor the result of customers’ satisfaction, ensure the sales survey and to take adequate steps for sales campaigns & fairs as per managements’ instructions.
- To supervise the total sales system, participate in promotional activities that recognize and enforces by the organization.
- To develop, train and lead the sales team to create new potential clients.
- To maintain & update customer’s files/documents & relevant registers.
- Any other duties/responsibilities as assigned by the authority when needed.
