Job Context:

Faith Holdings Ltd is looking for a proactive and target driven Senior Executive - Sales & Marketing, to strengthen our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining client relationships, and promoting company projects effectively. Experience in real estate sales & marketing will be considered an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

* Generate sales leads and achieve sales targets

* Promote company projects and services to potential clients

* Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships

* Follow up with prospective clients and close sales deals

* Prepare sales reports and update client databases regularly

* Handle customer queries and provide proper information about projects
