ACI Agrolink is looking for an energetic and dynamic Senior/Executive, Sales (Institutional & Retail Channels) to drive sales growth, expand distribution networks, and execute marketing initiatives for its value-added products in Bangladesh market.
The position will be responsible to:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth of the value added frozen food portfolio.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across institutional, retail, wholesale, HoReCa, modern trade, and e-commerce channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, retail chains, e-commerce partners, and distributors.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach through traditional and modern trade outlets.
Prepare and present materials on business performance, product portfolio, and sales strategies materials clients and top management.
Conduct regular market visits to gather competitive intelligence and consumer feedback.
Execute trade marketing activities (promotions, sampling, merchandising, visibility programs).
Support brand marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital activations.
Analyze sales data, SKU performance, and market trends to optimize pricing and assortment.
Monitor product placement, availability, freshness, and visibility to maximize sales.
Coordinate with supply chain, production, finance, and QC teams for smooth operations.
Prepare sales and stock reports, monitor inventory, and ensure timely collection of proceeds.
Ensure proper product listing, availability, and pricing across offline and online platforms.
