Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a passionate sales executive to join our sales team. The Senior Sales Executive`s responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets. To be successful as a sales executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.
∎ Candidate with experience in event management and startup company`s business development would get preference while sorting the list out.
∎ Important Note: If you don`t like to go the extra mile and don`t like to take challenges this job is not for you.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
∎ Researching prospects and generating leads.
∎ Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, social media and in person.
∎ Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
∎ Preparing and sending quotes and proposals if required.
∎ Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
∎ Building and maintaining a CRM database.
∎ Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
∎ Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
∎ Conducting market research on similar services or products.
∎ Managing communications between customer , internal teams and vendors.
∎ Establishing and overseeing sales budgets with the company and external budgets to close the sales quarterly and yearly.
∎ Collaborating with the sales team to maximize sales by up-selling or cross-selling
∎ Planning and presenting reports on sales progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ 2+ years of sales experience.
∎ Excellent customer service and sales skills.
∎ Startup work experience will add extra value in the sorting process.
∎ Excellent phone and presentation skills.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
∎ Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
∎ Knowledge of online marketing and an understanding of marketing channels (web, email, social paid/unpaid platforms)
∎ Ability to work well under pressure.
∎ Strong verbal and written communicator.
∎ Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
∎ Knowledge on Strategy and Planning
∎ Excellent Multitasking and prioritizing skills
