Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Pre-Formulation Studies: Conduct pre-formulation studies for product development and improvement.
∎ Trial Execution: Perform trials in laboratory, pilot-scale, and commercial settings to validate product formulations.
∎ Raw Material and Product Analysis: Analyze raw materials and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
∎ Method Development: Develop analytical methods for raw material and product testing.
∎ New Formulation Development: Design and develop new formulations to meet market demands and innovation goals.
∎ Stability Testing: Conduct stability checks on products to assess shelf life and performance under various conditions.
∎ Specification Preparation: Prepare detailed specifications for raw materials and bulk products to guide manufacturing and quality control.
∎ The Senior Executive in the R&D department will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of products, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
