3 years’ experience in Real Estate Company.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MSOffice.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and excellent time management skills.
Attitude & Bearing: Must be very good looking, alluring personality, impressive, decent, and positive gestures.
Candidates from Real estate background.
Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets
Promote and sell real estate products (land share / apartments) to prospective customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
Understand customer needs and provide suitable property solutions to ensure successful conversion
Conduct market analysis and provide insights to improve sales strategies and performance
Expand professional network and develop new sales channels to increase business growth
Explore new business areas and opportunities to enhance overall sales volume
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, accounts, management) for smooth sales operations
Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time
