Experience:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-confident and presentable.
Command over written and spoken English and Bangla to write reports, memos, proposals, and presentations and conduct telephonic communications etc.

Candidates with experience in Modern Trade Sales, particularly in FMCG commodity food items, who are highly motivated to take on challenges, meet sales targets, and excel through a combination of hard work, smart strategies, and strong rapport with customers and stakeholders are encouraged to apply. Applicants without experience in Modern Trade Sales are advised not to apply.
Responsibilities:
Achieve the sales targets of both value and volume.
Achieve SKU wise sales targets & maintaining sales growth. Must be target-oriented and have to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
Execute successfully the promotional activities with customers of Corporate companies, super shops and online platforms.
Visit potential and existing customers as per visit plan.
Generating market intel and new customer leads.
Building and maintaining a CRM database.
Preparing product presentation and giving demonstration.
Responsible for collecting customer payments on time.
Understanding business of corporate customers, and identifying key decision makers and contacts within a customer organization to generate Enterprise Sales.
Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
