Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Customer Satisfaction
∎ Ensure shipment as per customer requirement on time and in full.
∎ Have a full and comprehensive understanding of Customer Manuals and ensure its diffusion to the designated collaborators.
∎ Set the Critical Paths, and to follow up closely with all counterparts including buyer’s team, GT, QA, and factories
∎ Closely coordinate with the Merchandiser Manager to ensure a smooth communication with the factories and the buyers
∎ Follow up of pre-production samples and production samples for timely dispatch to buyers.
∎ Ensure all trims and accessories from factories are approved prior to production and approved trim cards are dispatched to factory and QA team.
∎ Monitor the factory commercial teams for the timely receipt of packing lists and factory invoice.
∎ Ensure replies to incoming emails is in general addressed within half a day.
∎ Lead and coach assistant merchandisers, junior executives as may be assigned to you.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
∎ Fluent in English Communication both written and spoken.
∎ Organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
∎ Knowledge of product development and costing process.
