Responsibilities & Context:
Strategically plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and optionally Pinterest Ads.
Track campaign performance metrics and continuously optimize for ROAS.
Work closely with creative and content teams to align on campaign goals and messaging.
Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies.
Maintain and optimize advertising budgets to maximize returns.
Prepare and present detailed campaign performance reports.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience at a digital marketing agency (mandatory).
Advanced skills in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
